I've spent the last 5 years with an intimate view into what actually works (and what doesn't) when it comes to scaling coaching businesses. As an OBM turned business strategist, I've supported close to 50 launches across various industries - from relationship coaches to birth workers, business coaches to health experts.

This isn't just theory for me. Perfect – we'll audit your existing offer and optimize it for better results using the 1:Many Mastery Framework. Often, small tweaks to positioning and delivery can make a massive difference.

Absolutely. The program is specifically designed to help successful 1:1 coaches/service providers make their transition to group offerings. You will learn everything you need to know in this program.

This will depend on how quickly you want to launch your offer. Although I’d recommend at least 90 days of prep leading up to your first launch and you’d want to dedicate a few hours a week to the process. The goal is to front-load the work so you can save time in the long run.

Yes. Whilst I always strongly recommend live launching your offer a few times first you will be supported with strategies for evergreen selling.
